Boosting confidence and Yoga classes Every Thursday from 6 to 8 pm at Thornhill public school.
This session is designed to empower individuals by enhancing their self-confidence. Participants will explore techniques to overcome self-doubt, develop positive self-talk, and adopt assertive body language. Through interactive exercises and discussions, attendees will gain practical strategies to boost their confidence in various personal situations. This training aims to foster a positive mindset and equip individuals with the tools they need to present themselves confidently in any context.
This session is performed for age group of 10 to 18 on November 23th at Thornhill public school located at 7554 Yonge St, Thornhill, ON L4J 1V8.
Classes are free and we have put lots of efforts to deliver high standard training sessions for participants.
